Clock Hour Information
 

Employees need to be sure to maintain their own records regarding certification, tracking credits and clock hours.  Please be sure to contact the Human Resources Office if you have questions regarding the documentation we have on file.

Clock hour courses must be offered by a Washington State approved clock hour provider and registered with the Olympic ESD 114 for placement on a transcript.

Port Townsend School District no longer requires Criteria Forms to be completed.  Submit official transcripts to the Human Resources Office for review.
