Out of District Transfer

Required for students who wish to attend Port Townsend School District and reside outside of district boundaries. Annual renewal required.

  • Submit Choice Transfer Request Online
  • Families without internet access may use a computer in the school office to complete the form. Questions call the school your student is enrolling or the district office (360) 680-5759.
