For PE credit:

Log 5+ hours per week on your activity log.

Set fitness goals each month.

Demonstrate your PE activity (performance/competition) to an OCEAN teacher/consultant, or discuss your habits that demonstrate how you have reached fitness goals.

Once per quarter: Write a 2-3 page report on a sport that you are interested in.
Be sure to include: rules, how to play, equipment, field/space, goal of the game, why someone might want to play this game, some history behind the game. Cite sources.
