OPEPO is devoted to cultivating the whole child in an engaging, respectful, and inquiry-based environment with an emphasis on community and family involvement.

Two teacher-facilitators, with the support of parent volunteers, offer an active integrated and differentiated learning experience, where problem solving and personal responsibility are valued.

Open Enrollment is underway for all grades in OPEPO (1-5) for the 2011-12 School Year:

The open enrollment period runs from February 15-April 15

Enrollment packets are available at the Blue Heron Office

Application is a three-part process:

• Complete the application
• Observe in the classroom (call to schedule)
• Attend a parent orientation meeting:  March 15th from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. OR April 13th from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
