Working in conjunction with the State Transitional Bilingual Instructional Program (STBIP) housed at OSPI, the Port Townsend School District provides support services for students who are English Language Learners. Working with parents, educators, and the community, the schools address the unique needs of students from linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds. Services are provided to help our students achieve the content and performance standards as assessed by the state.
